Contract duration: 6 months Must Have Skills: Technical project manager with experience in ecommerce Proficiency in using project management software platforms A strong understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and project delivery Nice to Have Skills: Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Manage software systems migrations that improve our tech stacks and customer experiences. Detailed Job Description: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Prepare the long-term e-commerce strategic plans and implement them in the e-commerce architecture Recommend necessary changes in the existing e-commerce application and work for its efficient functioning, revenue generation, and cost savings Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Experience in Agile development methodology / Scrum process Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: Scope, plan, implement, and deliver programs while collaborating with Product Managers, business owners and leadership to align with strategic vision and goals Support strategy and roadmap that includes features, capabilities, data pipelines, and APIs. Prioritize and direct development efforts and actively run sprints, backlog grooming, and tradeoff discussions.
