Role: Power Platform Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Description: While we pursue new development opportunities using Power Automate with your org, Im looking to bring in a consultant to support our existing Power Automate business processes in terms of operational support & maintenance monitoring bot health, break/fix, resolving production issues, minor mods, etc. Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot existing flows, ensuring they function seamlessly and efficiently. Resolve production issues, bugs, minor modifications to existing bots/business processes. Document current Desktop and Automated flows, creating detailed Visio documents and user guides for both IT and business users. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Analyze current business processes to identify optimization opportunities. Effective communication with the business of current business processes status. Ensure Dataverse integrity. Create dashboard of project results for IT and Business teams of impacts and status. Qualifications: Ability to work on-shore/near-shore business hours to better align with run times, schedule of bots/business processes Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in developing automation using Microsoft Power Automate. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite and integration capabilities with Power Automate. Experience with API integrations, SQL, and basic programming skills (JavaScript, JSON). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related fields. Knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, On Prem Connectors, Desktop Flows, Dashboarding, and Licensing.
