CPG (Consumer practice goods) experience Is must. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience Needs 10+ years of related experience and one of the 3 listed below: Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University Advanced Certification OR Equivalent combination of education and experience Skills Technical Skills Functional skills implementing and supporting a Tier 1 ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365 modules Finance & Operations (preferred). Modelling complex business processes using Visio or other Process Modelling tools. Some experience in Client Functional knowledge and understanding of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, EDI. Other Skills Strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict management skills. Analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate a positive customer service orientation with both internal and external clients. Detail oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Self-motivated and have a desire to continually learn as they go. Certificates & Licenses Dynamics 365 Certifications a plus Mostly remote role, up to 50% travel for first 2 months and then up to 25% travel after 2 months.
