Collaborate with HR teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployments. Provide training and support to end users for Workday Talent and Performance features. Optimize existing configurations and offer recommendations for system improvements. Stay updated on new Workday features and enhancements related to Talent and Performance. Generate reports and dashboards for Talent and Performance metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on Talent Management and Performance. Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, and security. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Workday certification in Talent and Performance modules. Experience in large-scale Workday implementations.
