Candidate have good communication skill. An ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience with a completed bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with virtual devices, working with Azure and O365, writing PowerShell scripts, working with security alerts, and assessing and updating documentation. Education : Bachelors Degree and five years of specific IT-support experience OR nine years of IT-specific support and operations experience Related Work Experience : 5+ years implementing and supporting Azure and Active Directory workstation environments and the Microsoft 365 portfolio of products. 5+ years managing Microsoft OS and software applications to include deployment, patching, and monitoring of endpoint services. 5+ years of experience in implementation and supporting Microsoft Windows 10 5+ years working with IT and business stakeholders in research, planning, training, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. 3+ years working with Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Experience working with Meraki networking components and services Experience managing Apple OS endpoints through Intune, JAMF, or similar services. Experience with implementing and supporting Apple & Android devices. Preferred Skills and Experience Knowledgeable in managing a mid-large size technology portfolio. Strong security focus around best practices for endpoint management. Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Vendor management in support of purchasing and invoicing experience.
