Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including building custom applications and creating automated workflows. Proven track record in delivering training and educational programs, effectively simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify automation opportunities. Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions using Power Platform tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive results. Familiarity with change management principles to ensure smooth technology adoption. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple training programs concurrently.
