Position- Scrum Master with Javaa & Telecomm Domain experience Mandatory Location- Atlanta , GA, Dallas, TX, Kansas City (Onsite) Contract on C2C/W2 Job Description: Mandatory Areas Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Scrum Master: 12+ Years Javaa : 8+ Years Jira: 8+ Years UST is Seeking a versatile and experienced Scrum Master This role combines responsibilities of facilitating Agile processes with Scrum and acting as a technical product owner for Javaa-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, at least high-level knowledge in Javaa, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. This role is critical in ensuring efficient project delivery while aligning technical and business objectives. As Scrum Master: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed. Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the teams progress. Work to remove any blockers and ensure smooth workflow. Help the team maintain focus on sprint goals. Track sprint progress, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of sprint deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, promoting best practices, and facilitating process enhancements. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master Proven experience in Agile environments, with Jira. Experience in technical product ownership and requirement management. Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying Java applications in a cloud environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code.
