The ideal candidate will design and implement AI-driven solutions across omnichannel platforms, enhancing customer experiences while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: Design AI-based solutions for web, mobile, chatbots, and voice platforms. Ensure alignment with HL7 and FHIR standards, enterprise architecture, and healthcare regulations. Develop architectures using machine learning, NLP, and GenAI for virtual assistants and recommendation engines. Stay current on AI advancements and evaluate new technologies for business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions. Present AI strategies and document architecture plans. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and ML. Strong expertise in HL7 and FHIR healthcare standards. Knowledge of AI technologies (ML, deep learning, NLP). Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
