This role combines responsibilities of facilitating Agile processes with Scrum and acting as a technical product owner for Java-based projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, at least high-level knowledge in Java, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. This role is critical in ensuring efficient project delivery while aligning technical and business objectives. Minimum of 9 years of experience in software development with at least 7 years in a Scrum Master Proven experience in Agile environments, with Jira. Experience in technical product ownership and requirement management. Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying Java applications in a cloud environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code.
