They are entering the testing phase in mid-October with a planned go-live in March/April 2025. The consultant will facilitate team meetings, design sessions and project schedule inputs and updates. Providing project updates to both stakeholders and project sponsors/team members. Create, maintain and communicate the risks, project org charts and budget/forecasting of budgets. Strong SDLC documentation is also required throughout.
