[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Senior Network Engineer Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months MOI: F2F Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting complex network environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions. This role will be responsible for managing LAN/WAN networks, working with enterprise-grade technologies, and ensuring the integrity and performance of network infrastructure in both data center and office environments. Experience with major vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Palo Alto is required. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing & Switching. Experience with data center management and Spine-and-Leaf Architecture. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI layers, VLANs, and network services. Hands-on experience with various network monitoring and management tools (Splunk, Secure CRT, ServiceNow). Familiarity with MPLS, L2VPN/L3VPN, and BGP route reflectors. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of SDN, EVPN, and advanced routing techniques. Experience with automation tools and scripting for network management. ITIL and IT Service Management training. Key Responsibilities : Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers (ASR 9K, 3200, 2900, 1900) and switches (2960, 3750, 4500, Nexus). Manage and configure Juniper (QFX5120, EX4400), Arista (7160, 7280), and Aruba (6300M, 2930M) switches in enterprise environments. Implement and support SD-WAN solutions, including Viptela, Velocloud, and Silver Peak. Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues using tools like Wireshark, Netbrain, and SolarWinds. Configure routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS networks for high availability and scalability. Configure and manage firewalls, including Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA. Integrate and maintain wireless networks using Aruba WLAN infrastructure and 802.11 standards. Implement and maintain network services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) across large-scale deployments. Lead efforts in troubleshooting network issues, supporting remote sites, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. Work closely with security teams to implement firewall policies and manage Zscaler and Cisco ISE integrations. Collaborate with business units to assess network requirements, perform capacity planning, and design solutions for future growth. Document network configurations, prepare technical guides, and provide training to junior engineers.
