This includes the overall functional and non-functional requirements for applications, business rules, data dictionaries and flows, reporting, user interfaces, as well as any other business driven processes, rules, or design points that are necessary to meet the expected usability for new and existing applications for DCDEE and external stakeholders. These positions also serves as a data liaison between business program area assigned and the information systems project team. The positions provides support to staff around business processes and practices that drive DCDEE data. The ability to retain in-depth programmatic knowledge is needed to provide useful analysis and interpretation of data and trends in the program area assigned. Duties include working with key IT partners towards solutions.
