Knowledge in Bill of Materials(BOM), ECR, ECO & PLM tools. 3. Basic understanding of creating & maintaining SW/HW parts, AML information and related attributes. 4. Good understanding of part qualification process (steps involved in qualifying parts / components in PLM). 5. Review /approve ECOs and VCOs process.(Understanding of workflow / routing and approval process). 6. Create, maintain, and update tickets to support QCL related requests from Clients. 7. Perform problem management activities - Provide root cause analysis and improvement. 8. Analysing Hardware and BOM recipe. 9. Data validation to ensure correct information is updated in PLM system. Good to have: 1. Basic understanding of maintaining qualification data of SW & HW parts for a PFAM under different Stages (NPI Platform creation, NPI SW update, NPI HW update, NPI Platform Qualification, 2nd sourcing, Sustaining). 2. To create/update/delete qual lines, navigate to respective components, use Bulk create update template or Edit option from PLM. 3. Basis Azure cloud understanding and communication skills 4.
