This role requires someone with deep technical expertise and experience in leading both onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire CPQ project lifecycle, ensuring effective design, implementation, and delivery of client solutions. Key Responsibilities : Lead CPQ implementation and integration projects, providing architectural oversight. Manage and mentor onshore and offshore CPQ teams. Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure successful delivery of Oracle CX CPQ solutions within project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and IT to drive solution design and system integrations. Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices, methodologies, and tools for CPQ. Required Qualifications : Extensive experience (5+ years) in Oracle CX CPQ implementations, including configuration and customization. Strong background in leading and managing both onshore and offshore teams. Proven experience in architecting and delivering CPQ solutions for large-scale enterprise clients. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex projects. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Oracle certifications related to CX or CPQ. Prior consulting experience with a focus on CPQ solutions. Experience in cloud-based SaaS solutions.
