Requirements & Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in IT Product Management or related fields, with a strong focus on project management. Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale IT projects. Experience working with Contractors and third-party vendors. Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive IT product success and value. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project). Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and internal controls related to IT projects. Experience in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on recruiting and developing talent. Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to various audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, contractors, and team members. Familiarity with IT product lifecycle management and methodologies. Understanding of relevant technology trends and their implications for business. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL) are highly desirable.
