Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of user access and security roles to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders, outlining potential risks and remediation strategies. Security Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure SAP environments for various projects and initiatives. Develop security frameworks and policies that align with industry best practices. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for security-related incidents and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Assist in root cause analysis of security breaches and recommend preventive measures. User Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on SAP security practices. Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with SAP Basis, Development, and Functional teams to align security protocols with overall business strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP security trends and technologies to continually enhance the security posture.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP security, including roles, authorizations, and compliance. Proven experience in implementing security controls and performing risk assessments in SAP environments. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP security architecture, including GRC, user provisioning, and role management. Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and their security requirements. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
