Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results. Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met. Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards. Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices. Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes.
