AS400 Lead (finance and Insurance Domain only) IOWA Remote Contract Role Job Description: 8+ years of experience and proficient in AS400 development with expertise in RPG and Cobol with good concepts of DB2. 2-4 years of Experience in workflow tools such as SS&C AWD Knowledge in Life Insurance domain is a plus. Should be able to interact with client technical contacts as well as business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack. Experience in an Agile based development environment. Primary Skill - AS400 + SSC AWD JD Bachelor s degree in an IT or business discipline, or equivalent education experience Experience : Mainframe, AS400, Cobol Training and or exposure to business systems analysis AWD Business Process Modeling (BPM) experience. Excellent written oral communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within deadlines Attention to detail and results oriented Ability to work as part of a team and independently Problem-solving and technical communication skills Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines Customer is expecting the following.
