Analyze and Assess: Dive deep into application needs, providing insightful analysis and assessments. Tackle Complex Challenges: Handle intricate areas such as ServiceNow upgrades, bringing your expertise to the forefront. Technical Expertise: Set up IT instances and manage platform configurations at the NIH level, playing a crucial role in our ServiceNow rollouts.
