The ideal candidates will work closely with client manufacturing sites to assess and prepare for the integration of manufacturing plant ERP systems with the corporate SAP system. This role involves conducting site assessments, identifying gaps, and providing solutions to ensure a smooth and risk-mitigated ERP rollout. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Integration Data Cleansing : Assist clients in the preparation and cleansing of data prior to integration between corporate SAP systems and various manufacturing plant ERP systems. Site Assessments : Conduct on-site assessments to gather detailed information about current manufacturing ERP systems, including data structures and integration readiness. Data Questionnaires : Develop and implement site data questionnaires to gather essential information for data mapping and cleansing. Fit-Gap Analysis : Identify gaps and potential misalignments between SAP and plant-specific ERP systems, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed before integration. RICEF Object Identification : Evaluate Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF) needed for successful integration. Template Building : Design templates to standardize data collection, transformation, and cleansing processes. Risk Mitigation : Identify and address potential risks in the data migration process, advising on mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during ERP rollouts. Tool Analysis : Research and evaluate tools and methodologies to be used in the data analysis and cleansing process, ensuring that the best-fit solutions are employed. Qualifications: Experience : 7+ years of experience working with ERP system integration, including SAP and non-SAP manufacturing ERPs (e.g., JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, Gpic. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of ERP data structures, integration methodologies, and data cleansing tools. Analysis Expertise : Demonstrated experience conducting fit-gap analysis and RICEF object identification. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct site assessments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Ability to identify risks and implement preemptive mitigation strategies during ERP rollouts. Tools Proficiency : Familiarity with data analysis and cleansing tools (e.g., ETL tools, data quality management software). Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
