Project Description: This client currently runs UKG Pro for HCM/Payroll and UKG Ready WFM. They are looking for a UKG Systems Analyst to join the team immediately to help with integrations, configuration, reporting, and clean-up. Day to Day: On a daily basis this resource will work with the HR and stakeholder teams. The big gap that this resource will be coming in to fix is that integrations are currently not working and the system was not configured properly. They should be an expert within UKG Payroll & Tax, as well as UKG Ready. They are looking for someone to come in and handle their reporting (BI Reporting), and re-configuration. They need to be able to handle Payroll, Ready, Taxes, Compliance and pulling data out and putting it into data warehouses. Integrations are currently not working so this will be their first priority. Once the main issues are fixed, if this resource does well, they will stay on for ongoing system maintenance.
