Job Title: Support Executive Location: Urbana, MD (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: 1 Manages the process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations in 24*7 Environment 2 Effectively manage the lifecycle of all incidents and to restore IT services for users or customers as quickly as possible when an interruption takes place. 3 Resource takes full ownership and accountability for the business functional issues within the IT organization and ensure smooth follow ups with the vendor and seek on time resolution and provide to end users. 4 Effective Triaging / Communication with external Vendors and manage operational relationship with the vendors 5 Ensure the closure of all resolved and end-user confirmed Incident records 6 Manage implementation of applied fixes. 7 Conduct monthly service review meetings with Vendor 8 Produce monthly MI and track repetitive issue as problems 9 Maintain knowledge base to apply workaround to restore the service as soon as possible.
