| From: Prasad Vuppula, IndSoft Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well Please see the below 2 positions and let us know if you have any suitable candidates Job Details: Role: SAP Functional Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 months contract Hybrid work schedule: (Charlotte, Claremont, and Catawba in North Carolina) Job Description: The client is seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in various aspects of SAP, including Work Centers, Machine and Labor Capacity, Shift Schedules, Pool Capacity, Capacity Calculation, Routings, Shift Schedule, Factory Calendars, Standard Value Keys, and Control Keys. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these areas and be able to effectively manage and optimize our SAP systems to support our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure SAP Work Centers to ensure efficient production processes. Develop Machine and Labor Capacity planning to optimize resource utilization. Develop and maintain Shift Schedules and Pool Capacity to meet production demands. Perform Capacity Calculation to ensure accurate planning and scheduling. Create and manage/Mass Maintenance of Routings. Maintain and update Factory Calendars to reflect operational schedules. Configure Standard Value Keys and Control Keys to support production processes. Set up prototypes and work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. Ensure seamless integration with Finance and other relevant modules. Utilize knowledge of APO PP/DS to enhance production planning and detailed scheduling. Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Work Centers, Machine and Labor Capacity, Shift Schedules, Pool Capacity, Capacity Calculation, Routings, Shift Schedule, Factory Calendars, Standard Value Keys, and Control Keys. Proven ability to manage and optimize SAP systems to support business operations. Experience in setting up prototypes and working with business stakeholders on business requirements. Knowledge of integration with Finance and APO PP/DS. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Details: Role: SAP Project Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 months contract Hybrid work schedule: (Charlotte, Claremont, and Catawba in North Carolina) The Project Manager II is responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. RESPONSBILITIES Lead multiple small or medium sized projects simultaneously or a large project based on complexity factors. Lead project team including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts. Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines and budgets. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects. Ensure appropriate use of Clients IT project management tools, governance, processes, and methodologies. Identify and track issues, assess impact, and execute timely resolution. Conduct project status sessions with representatives from any or all department involved in the project. Prepare reports reporting on issues and risk mitigation. Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues. Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
