The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SailPoint IIQ development and play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and support of our identity governance solutions. This position involves working closely with various business and technical teams to enhance security and streamline access management processes.Key Responsibilities: SailPoint Development: Design and develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to integrate with various systems and applications. Implementation & Integration: Implement and configure SailPoint IIQ to manage user identities, roles, policies, and access privileges across the organization. Provisioning & De-provisioning: Design automated workflows for provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts and access rights across multiple systems. Customization: Develop custom connectors and integrations for applications that are not natively supported by SailPoint. Access Governance: Support identity governance tasks such as access certifications, audit reviews, role mining, and policy management. Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve issues within the IIQ platform and related integrations, and provide day-to-day operational support. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including security, application owners, and infrastructure teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and any custom code developed within the SailPoint IIQ environment. Security Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Key Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, implementation, and support. Skills: Proficiency in Java, XML, BeanShell, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs for integration and customization. Access Management: Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and RBAC. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in a complex identity management environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with identity governance frameworks, access certifications, and role management. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Professional or relevant IAM certifications.Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
