Job Title: Managing Business Consultant SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant - HR Mini Master Configuration Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize HR Mini Master in S/4 and Employee Central. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and provide SAP-aligned solutions. Provide expert guidance on HR Mini Master integration from other data sources (e.g., Workday). Ensure smooth data migration and testing of HR Mini Master configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR Mini Master and its related components. Document configurations, changes, and solutions for future reference. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on HR Mini Master configuration. Expertise in configuring SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Strong knowledge of HR Mini Master functionalities and integration points. Experience with data migration, LSMW, and troubleshooting configuration issues. Familiarity with SAP reporting tools. Understanding of SAP HR data structures and processes.
