The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating backend software and enhancing existing mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior developers to produce high-quality software and write clean, scalable code. Fix defects in legacy code to ensure the stability and performance of applications. Act as a team player and communicate effectively with team members, managing source control on multiple branches. Participate in requirement analysis, interpreting business requirements, and writing functional code and unit tests. Conduct unit testing and prepare applications for deployment. Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as necessary. Provide production support and be available for third-tier support to the help desk during assigned weekends and holidays, as needed. Required Experience: 7+ years of proven experience as a PL/SQL Backend Developer. Strong skills in T-SQL, Toad, and SQL Plus. ETL experience, specifically with transactions into the backend using PL/SQL (expertise in data integration from various sources). Proficient in creating views, packages, functions, and stored procedures. Experience working with collections and asynchronous processes. Ability to interpret execution plans and optimize queries and functions. Skilled in creating complex DML statements and debugging. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Attention to detail is paramount. BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant development experience.
