You will be responsible for several critical Service Delivery Platform modules, from monitoring their health, performance, and security to troubleshooting production incidents, tracking dependencies, and driving design improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the software development process across offshore teams to deliver high-quality software increments on schedule. Own several key Service Delivery Platform modules, ensuring their health, performance, and security, and resolving production incidents as they arise. Review and approve code changes for owned modules, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. Translate functional and non-functional requirements into manageable tasks, helping the development team plan upcoming sprints. Manage the software delivery plan, identify risks, and work closely with the Technical Program Manager to address dependencies with other teams. Assist development teams in overcoming technical challenges and roadblocks. Mentor technical program managers and developers to define clear user stories and deliver better codeemphasizing readability, security, and performance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 9+ years of software development experience, with a focus on APIs and system integration projects. 2+ years of experience leading technical software development teams. Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Golang. Experience with DevOps, including on-premises, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience managing and maintaining production-ready systems. US Citizenship is required.
