Job Title: BA with Commission with Life Annuity Exp (CBAP certified preferred) Location: Dallas TX (onsite) BA role JD: Job Responsibilities: Provide cost-effective business systems and applications analysis Translate requirements into proper system requirement specifications and configuration Formulate and define systems scope and objectives Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and end-user departments Assist in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirements 8+ years as a Business Analyst Agile and waterfall experience in requirement gathering. 5+ years in the Life and Annuities Insurance industry. 1+ year working with data conversions. 1+ year working with data migrations across platforms. 3+ years working with Commission payments, commission schedules, commission rates, pay frequency, and commission statement file layout.
