| From: Sampath Goud, Metasys Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant - HR Mini Master Configuration Sugarland, TX (onsite) 6+Month Contract Overview: Client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the configuration of the HR Mini Master in S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Responsibilities: Configure and customize HR Mini Master in S/4 and Employee Central. Gather business requirements and translate them into configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR processes with SAP best practices. Provide guidance on integrating HR Mini Master from other data sources (e.g., Workday). Ensure smooth data migration and testing of configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR Mini Master. Document configurations and solutions for future reference. Requirements: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, focusing on HR Mini Master configuration. Expertise in configuring SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Strong knowledge of HR Mini Master functionalities and integration points. Experience with data migration and troubleshooting configuration issues. Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and understanding of SAP HR data structures. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus. Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
