We are looking for a very Senior, Local Resource who has a Minimum of 10 years of Technical Writing experience. A Senior Technical Writer is a highly skilled professional responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that communicates complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that product documentation, user guides, and manuals are clear, accurate, and accessible to users, helping them effectively use and understand the technology or products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, computer science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technical writing, including experience in a senior or lead role. Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software. Experience writing technical documentation for cloud-based software, such as Salesforce, AWS, and Snowflake. Familiarity with documentation best practices, standards, and style guides. Knowledge of content management systems and version control systems. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with the subject matter or technology being documented is beneficial.
