| Hello, Hope you are doing Well, Title- Integration Architect Client: Sonata Location- USA (Remote) Type of Hire- Contract About the role The Integration Architect role plays a pivotal role in bank's technological landscape. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing seamless integrations between our core banking systems, internal applications, and external fintech solutions. In this role, you'll be a technical leader, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust integration solutions. You'll be passionate about creating a best-in-class integration architecture that fosters a smooth flow of data across the bank, enabling innovation and enhancing our digital banking capabilities. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the bank's overall integration strategy and architecture. This includes defining integration standards, selecting appropriate integration technologies, and designing secure and scalable integration solutions. Design and implement integration solutions aligned with BIAN Service Domain standards, ensuring interoperability and extensibility. Leverage API Gateway & Management tools to expose and govern BIAN APIs. Evaluate and recommend new integration tools and technologies that align with the bank's architecture and business needs. Stay current on emerging trends in the integration landscape. Ensure the secure and reliable exchange of data between integrated systems. Implement data quality checks, transformation processes, and security measures to safeguard sensitive information. Monitor the performance of integration solutions, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure efficient data flow. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, security teams, and operations to ensure successful integration projects. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and ongoing maintainability. Your skills and experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration (EAI) or a related field, preferably within the banking industry. Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using BIAN Service Domain standards, API Gateway & Management tools, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture. In-depth understanding of Canonical Data Model principles and data integration best practices. Experience with cloud-based integration platforms like AWS API Gateway In-depth understanding of data management principles, data security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements within the financial sector. Experience with specific Banking Integration Standards (e.g., SWIFT, NACHA) Programming experience in Java, Python, or similar languages. AWS cloud platform experience. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements within the financial sector.
