Its not a pure Business Analyst or a Pure Product analyst candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge of E-mobility and electric vehicle charger programs a plus Potential to extend. Agile Product Management Develop and maintains dynamic product roadmap Develop Power BI dashboards Experience supporting a PO with product analysis, feature breakdown and prioritization Agile and DevOps best practices Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master Agile SDLC Analysis of business requirements and system requirements Azure DevOps Product Documentation Position Overview: Proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Requirements Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in gathering and own documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
