I will send the link and an authorization code to the candidate to take the evaluation. If the candidate passes, we will have them meet with our lead developer on Microsoft teams for a short follow up just to make sure the candidate does not use any cheating techniques. Once the candidate has cleared the evaluation process, we will push for a speedy interview with the American Airlines. The clients interview process is 1 round virtual and a final round onsite that is mandatory with no exceptions so please only inform candidates local to Dallas Fort Worth. ***Keep In Mind*** Before sending a candidate, please do a quick check for two things. 1.) Ask the candidate if they have already signed an RTR with any recruiters or if they have been submitted to American Airlines for the positions I sent you. 2.) Ask the candidate if they have already been in contact with one of my fellow recruiters from HeartCentrix and ask if they have already taken our Code Report Evaluation. If they have not signed an RTR with another recruiter and if they are not already working with HeartCentrix or have taken the Code Report Evaluation, then I will reach out to them to share the Evaluation and we can move forward if they pass.
