The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our BOM processes and supporting our PLM initiatives. Familiarity with Snowflake is required, as you will leverage data analytics to enhance our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BOM structures for new and existing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure accurate BOM data. Implement and manage PLM tools and processes to streamline product development and lifecycle management. Analyze BOM data and support decision-making through insights derived from Snowflake. Identify opportunities for process improvement within PLM and BOM management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to BOM and PLM. Train and support team members on BOM and PLM best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in PLM and BOM management in a complex manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle. Experience with Snowflake or similar data analytics platforms is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
