The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a focus on the Sales and Customer Service modules, as well as hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for the customization, configuration, development, and support of Dynamics 365 solutions and related Power Platform components, helping to drive business efficiency and performance. Professional Experience and Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and support. Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) development and integration. Familiarity with .NET, SQL, Azure, and C# for web component development. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with system administrators to resolve Dynamics 365 technical issues. Solid understanding of Microsofts licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience reviewing and refining processes to better align with business priorities. (Preferred) Knowledge of DevOps processes in the Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator. Additional Requirements: Ability to support after-hours work and participate in on-call duties when necessary. Ability to manage individual tasks while working effectively within a development team. Capacity to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities Key Responsibilities: Dynamics 365 Expertise: Provide expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically the Sales and Customer Service modules. Lead customization, configuration, development, deployment, and ongoing usage of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs. Power Platform Solutions: Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) solutions. Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, C#, and Power Platform technologies. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide strong troubleshooting and remediation of Dynamics 365 issues, working with system administrators and IT resources to implement solutions. Document solutions and provide technical analysis to help resolve system issues efficiently. Microsoft Licensing Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Microsofts licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ensuring compliance and cost-effective usage. Best Practices and Governance: Follow and implement best practices for business solutions, contributing to defining and refining governance for the platforms use. Develop and disseminate detailed documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis, to aid platform usage. Mockups and Prototyping: Create mockups and prototypes based on business requirements, leveraging Power Platform tools and features to provide innovative solutions. Business and IT Liaison: Function as a liaison between business units and IT, serving as the point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution. Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology solutions, recommending alternatives that meet business objectives. Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Business Enablement Services program, reviewing and refining existing procedures to align with group priorities. DevOps Integration: (Preferred) Experience with DevOps in Power Platform environments, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator, to streamline the development lifecycle. On-Call and Remote Work: Be available to participate in on-call duties as necessary and provide support after hours when needed.
