| Job Description: Java Developer with Kafka and MongoDB Experience Note: candidate should have Tier 1 company experience and local to TX No of Position 10+ Interview: Immediate 1 round F2F About the Role: As a Java Developer with Kafka and MongoDB experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications. You will leverage your expertise in Kafka and MongoDB to build data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using modern frameworks and best practices. Work closely with architects, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software. Develop and maintain Kafka-based data pipelines for real-time data processing and streaming. Design and implement MongoDB databases and collections to store and manage application data. Optimize application performance and scalability. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Stay updated on the latest Java technologies and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate. Experience with Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming. Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL data storage and management. Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of SQL and database design principles. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with data streaming technologies (Apache Flink, Apache Beam). Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG).
