Role: AEM QE (Quality Engineer) Resource Work Location: Remote 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or QA Tester, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience in developing and executing both manual and automated test cases for AEM applications. Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). Proficient in testing AEM components, templates, authoring features, workflows, and AEM-specific functionalities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with Jenkins or similar tools for automated build and testing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Role: AEM Product Manager Work Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite) 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms. Deep understanding of AEM capabilities, including components, templates, workflows, content management, and personalization. Strong background in product management principles, including agile methodologies and managing product lifecycles. Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and vice versa. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, and marketers. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product enhancements. Experience with digital marketing technologies, SEO, and web content management systems. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present product strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
