Monitoring the complete Genesys Infrastructure, Support, maintain, and test CTI Genesys Call Routing. Performing Health Checks of Genesys Applications. Genesys contact center application support during Server patching and database activity. Creating Route Point, DNs, ACD ID, Persons, VQ, GQ, etc. in CME.Analyzing T-Server / SIP Server logs for troubleshooting, URS logs for the call flow and troubleshooting. Loading and Releasing Strategy from the Route Point as per the Change Request. Supporting and maintaining Genesys contact center software. Provide technical support on planned patching activities for Windows and Linux environment.
