| Role : Share Point product manager Job description : Stakeholder Management: Work with key business units and IT to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout the migration process. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the current Jive environment, gather detailed migration requirements, and translate them into SharePoint solutions. Solution Design: Define the structure, content management, and governance of the new SharePoint intranet, ensuring it meets organizational needs. Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with external vendors, including offshore SharePoint developers, to ensure the technical accuracy and success of the migration. User Training & Adoption: Create and execute a training plan to ensure end-user adoption, providing support and materials as needed to ease the transition to SharePoint. Post-Migration Support: Provide ongoing support post-migration to resolve any issues, optimize the SharePoint environment, and refine content structures.
