About the role: Level of experience: Mid to Sr. (8-10 years+ of experience) Industry experience: Fixed Income, Finance, Wealth management, Investment management Role experience: Technology Business Analyst Functional Tools/Technologies: FactSet, Bloomberg Terminal, data mapping technologies, fixed income domain data providers Requested Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months to begin; open to ongoing engagement beyond that based on individual fit/project availability Location Baltimore MD onsite 3 days a week; hybrid WFH 2 days a week *No T&L reimbursement for living out of area and commuting in* Description/Summary Migrate reference data providers from FactSet to Bloomberg for the Fixed Income business unit. The effort is to analyze, identify and document the existing business processes, technology tools, internal and external connections, and data values leveraged by a Brown Advisory business unit (Fixed Income) of a specific reference data providers (FactSet) data sets. The analysis and documentation will be then used to define a new set of business processes, potentially technology toolset, and relevant data values using another reference data providers (Bloomberg) data sets.
