| From: Charan, Anveta [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: PostgreSQL Developer with expertise in AWS Location: Fort Mills, SC & Sandigo, CA Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: * We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer with expertise in AWS, Postgres, and serverless-managed instances to join our dynamic team. * The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing applications, optimizing database performance, and working with DDLs, DMLs, and performance tuning. * Familiarity with Python and Liquibase is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable applications with a focus on database performance and data integrity. * Leverage AWS cloud services, with a focus on serverless managed instances to ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance. * Develop, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance. * Experience working with CREW or similar platforms to integrate and manage workflows. * Create, manage, and optimize Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML) statements for efficient database schema and data management. * Conduct in-depth analysis and performance tuning of databases to ensure optimal query performance, reduce response times, and improve resource utilization. * Provide technical expertise in database architecture, design, and development, ensuring best practices for database optimization and data integrity. Optional to have: * Experience with Python for scripting and automation related to database management and development. * Familiarity with Liquibase for database version control, schema management, and migration processes.
