Job Title: Sr.Product Owner/Business Analyst Location: NYC ,NY Duration: 12+ months Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of Product Owner/Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment and minimum 5+ year experience with SQL programming or any other programming language. Prior success developing and bringing net new products to market. Strong understanding of the business intelligence market and related technologies (e.g. data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, SQL, data visualization) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics, including data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL, this is must. Effective delegator with proven management of cross-functional teams without direct supervision Ability to manage conflicting priorities and can differentiate between distractions and the roadblocks that can impact goals Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders, manage expectations, and build strong relationships Designed and implemented frameworks, processes, and metrics for a data office/function within banking services. Strong understanding of data technologies, integration, and architecture, including familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark). Banking and Finance Domain experience, strongly preferred and demonstrated knowledge in financial services process/workflow, including data management, card transactions, core banking deposits and customer processing, loan processing, payments, and fraud management. Experience working with business intelligence or enterprise / corporate performance management applications supporting business customers, strongly preferred Proven ability to lead and execute responsibilities simultaneously Ability to translate strategic directions and business objectives into goals Know how to break down key features into appropriate user stories Experience running high-impact initiatives within the organization Excellent verbal and written communication.
