Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Fremont, CA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Long Term Contract Salesforce B2B commerce Business Analyst Job description Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively analyze their business processes, both from a functional and technical perspective. Write detailed use cases that capture user requirements and system interactions. Create process maps and flowcharts to illustrate current and proposed business processes. Lead and oversee the execution of Salesforce implementation engagements, ensuring that projects adhere to scope and meet client expectations. Play a central role in all project phases, including project initiation, strategy development, design, development, testing, and successful project launch. Assume responsibility for the comprehensive documentation and demonstration of Salesforce projects. Offer consultative guidance to clients and internal teams, providing valuable insights to aid in decision-making. Evaluate, assign, and resolve support requests received from clients and internal teams. Provide regular and transparent project status updates to project managers and clients. If necessary, manage small teams or work efforts effectively. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure successful project outcomes. Act as the gatekeeper of the change request process, meticulously reviewing and developing detailed specifications for the implementation of system changes. Should be able to analyze business requirements Convert business requirements into user stories Creating Sprint backlogs Manage Sprints, Run the scrum calls Stakeholder Communication - Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology consulting and business analysis Demonstrated hands-on experience of at least 3 years on Salesforce projects preferably Salesforce B2B commerce. Salesforce Admin & Salesforce Business Analyst certificate is desirable. Strong dedication to continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility. Must have experience working with Salesforce products and integrations. Key Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven success in thriving within both team-oriented and remote work environments. Ability to think creatively and analytically while addressing complex problem-solving scenarios. Experience in creating task schedules and detailed project plans. Passion for working in a dynamic Marketing and Information systems environment.
