Location - Fremont ,CA ( Onsite) (Role-1) Senior Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Management Job Requirement: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Source to Settle processes in ECC and S4 environment and associated tools for successful implementation of a Business/Digital Transformation Project. Job Responsibilities: Solid hands-on experience in Source to Settle (S2S) processes, e.g., Material Requirement Planning, RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment, Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and Constraints, Inbound logistics, Costing and Supplier invoicing Strong experience in S4 Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis Solid hands-on experience in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement Partners closely with business partners, systems analysts, development, architecture and project teams to facilitate optimal solution design and delivery Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix Assist the Solution/Technical Architects in identifying and managing functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including: o Requirements (Validation and Alignment) o Design (Blueprint and Spec) o Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing) o Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing) o Training/Documentation o Deploy (Cutover, Go Live) o Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare) Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
