Job Description: ROLE: IT Manager : Demand Planning and Forecasting LOCATION: Sleepy Hollow, NY (Hybrid) TYPE: Full-time/Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager of Demand for Software & Applications to oversee and manage the demand pipeline for software products, applications, and IT services within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of application development and software projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Demand Management: Own the end-to-end demand management process for software applications, from initial request intake through prioritization and execution, ensuring alignment with business strategies and technology capabilities. Project Planning & Execution: Define, plan, and manage project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of software and application projects. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, product owners, and third-party vendors to capture requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations. Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of software and application projects, ensuring proper alignment with company goals and monitoring the progress of multiple projects in parallel. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and potential issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution. Performance Tracking: Use metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance and program success, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources across projects to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards.
