| Hi 11-15 yrs of exp required Rate-$75 MAX need local to CA Job Description (Posting). Duration - 6 to 8 months Location - Bay Are (2 times Travel in a week to Customer location San FranciscoMountain View) Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Execution:o Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.o Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple teams.o You need to initiate programs, monitor their progress, and introduce adjustments to improve process efficiency. Stakeholder Management:o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.o Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Risk Management:o Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.o Monitor progress and address any issues proactively. Documentation Reporting:o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.o Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and performance metrics. Team Collaboration:o Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure alignment on goals.o Foster a collaborative environment and support team members in achieving project objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and Saas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: PMP or similar project management certification. Experience in Cybersecurity, applications Security and Financial Systems is a plus. Prior experience in a temporary or contract role is a plus. (1.)
