Qualifications: - Experience: 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) implementations, customizations, and troubleshooting. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, power platform, C, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
