ROLE #1 Role:-Business Systems Analyst (Order Management & Execution)- MM, PP, SD (VC) Location:- Fremont CA (Onsite confirmation) Job Description: Domain Mandatory Business Systems Analyst (Order Management & Execution) 7+ years overall SAP experience with 3+ years of experience with MM, PP, SD (VC)bensuring seamless data migration, enhancing system interoperability, and optimizing workflows Collaborate with the BU & GIS in leveraging various Operations Planning & Execution systems (SAP ECC, Custom applications in SAP ECC, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, BI/Dashboards, etc.) Collaborates Client Information Systems (GIS) teams to understand and support their operational requirements, developing and integrating interface solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 ROLE # 2 Job Title : Sr Data Modeler Location: DEARBORN, MI (Onsite From day 1) Experience : 10 + Years The candidate will be part of Information / Data Architecture Practice supporting major initiatives in Marketing Sales and Service plus Portfolio. The position requires a strong architect with comprehensive knowledge of data architecture, hands on experience in data model design, data quality analysis and good understanding of data analytics architecture. As Information / Data Architects, the candidate will work with enterprise architects, solution architects, business, and product teams to create strategy, design data models, information flows, perform data quality analysis, set standards, best practices, and guide product teams in implementation of the design Collaborate with business, enterprise architects, product teams, drive discussions to gather business requirements and identify pain points. Create information strategy and solution to address gaps. Create information architecture roadmap with now, near and far view. Facilitate discussions to understand source of data, establish system of record, and create current & future state data flows. Lead design discussions, create conceptual data models, logical data models and data dictionaries. Manage and maintain data models in Power Designer repository. Define reporting strategy and identify sources for reporting data. Perform data quality analysis, identify issues, and propose solution to resolve them. Guide product teams to create physical data model design and data dictionary. Review design adherence and ensure standards, guidelines & best practices are followed. Consult and guide product team through design and implementation. Experience: Requires a bachelors or equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field 7+ years Data Modeling experience with expertise in Relational and/or Dimensional Analysis 5+ years in experience in Data Warehouse database design Have a deep understanding of data modeling principles and architecture concepts. Extensive experience designing databases supporting complex business process. Experience in supporting database technologies - Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Hadoop, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Big Query Hands on experience on SAP Sybase Power Designer / ERWIN tool is ideal. Knowledge of Data Analytics, Google Cloud Technologies Knowledge of MDM Concepts. Good to have experience in implementing MDM solution. Nice to have Salesforce and CRM experience Ability to facilitate and lead design discussions, coordinate with multiple teams and drive architecture decisions Must be capable of successfully supporting multiple initiatives concurrently Capable to work well individually and as a team member. ROLE # 3 Role:- SAP SD S4 & VMS Consultant AMS Location:- Dearborn, MI( Onsite Role/Hybrid Role) Job Description Mandatory Skill SAP SD& VMS S/4HANA Migration Should have hands on experience with SD and LE exposure will be added advantage AMS experience with HAndling SD,JIT,VMS & LE Around 8-15 years of IT experience with minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD& VMS skill Should have hands on experience with working on S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and Data migration tools like Syniti or any other Able to handle Data migration end to end processes anbd procedures for large transformation program (Conducting workshops, educating the SAP template to Cusotmer SPOC, Ensuring the followups on data collections,Validation and overseeing the uploade and maintaing the tracker and reporting) Working exposure with Impelemtation scenarios and flexible , proactive in determining the key data migration aspects. Open to travel during Cutover period.
