Title: Servicenow Developer Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 12+Months Experience: 6-8yrs Note: Please do not Submit H4ead, L2ead CPT, OPT Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in TSM, TSOM, TNI, SOM, or COM to join our dynamic team and help enhance our IT service management capabilities. Need Servicenow developer with Telecom industry experience Must have experience with Telecom modules /domain with TSM/TSOM/TNI/SOM/COM Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements, particularly in TSM, TSOM, TNI, SOM, or COM. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions using ServiceNow functionalities. Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and others relevant to the domain. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to enhance ServiceNow capabilities. Conduct unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations and integrations. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and emerging technologies. Provide training and support to end-users and team members. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.). Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer). Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
