The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SMP (System Modification Program) and the internals of both CICS and DB2. This is a crucial role where your expertise in mainframe environments will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of mission-critical systems. Responsibilities: Maintain and support CICS and DB2 environments. Manage and troubleshoot multiple vendor products within the mainframe ecosystem. Handle SMP/E (System Modification Program Extended) to install and maintain mainframe software. Optimize performance and ensure the stability and reliability of the CICS and DB2 systems.
